Can i use a cordless drill motor in a wind turbine?
Almost certainly, yes. Cordless drills usually are made with permanent magnet field DC motors, and these work very well as small generators when they are turned by an external torque.
The biggest difficulty you will probably have is getting it to turn fast enough (at least as fast as it turns when it is driving the drill with no load) by a turbine. You could use the gears inside the drill, but those have a lot of frictional losses that will waste a lot of energy.
